Introduction
This Privacy Policy provides you with the details of how I collect and process any data I receive from you.
Data
I am committed to protecting any personal data received from you via my website (including forms), phone, SMS, face to face, email and/or social media (including messaging). I therefore operate in line with the applicable laws of the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR). All data (whether personal or not) is processed by myself (James Gamble) in the UK.
In order for me to respond to messages and potential clients, I need to collect and store data from you. Data (non-personal and personal) such as your name, postal address, email address, photographs and any other information provided in order to communicate with you. I also store communications and comments.
Your information will only be used for the purpose of dealing with a service query, to enable me to offer/provide a service to you and/or to review services provided to help me improve my products/services/process. When you provide me with personal information to enquire about services, it is implied that you consent to me collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. All information provided in confidence will only be used for the purposes advised unless it is required by law.
I will store all your data securely using suitable physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure it. Any data collected manually on paper or printed as part of my processing, will be transferred to a digital format if possible and shredded (after processing is complete or after 6 years if the information is required for tax purposes). All data access is granted only to ThinkBA Ltd and any employees (namely myself - James Gamble) or the purpose of carrying out service queries, and marketing.
I will not share or sell any of your information for any purpose. If you feel that this has been breached or compromised, you must contact me immediately. You may request to see copies of any personal information held by me and also request that the information is updated or removed in its entirety.
Social Media
Communication, engagement and actions taken through any external social media platform that I participate on are subject to the terms and conditions as well as the Privacy Policies held with each social media platform respectively.
Third Party Services
My website is hosted by Wix.com who provides me with an online platform allowing me to sell my promote my services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
I use Microsoft OneDrive and as cloud storage systems for documents and company files, as well as locally on my own standalone hardware.
My email accounts are hosted by Hotmail and Google and monitored by ThinkBA Ltd employees only.
All the third parties listed above are GDPR compliant.
Any payments to me are made outside of this website through your own bank. Each are governed by their own Privacy Policies and you need to contact them direct if you wish to remove any information they hold. I don't receive any data about payments unless it is sent via messages and email.
Links and Cookies
My website contains hyperlinks to external websites and social media platforms owned and operated by third parties. These third party websites/platforms have their own Privacy Policies and are also likely to use Cookies, I therefore recommend you review them. I do not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices of any third party websites/platforms that you visit through my website and your use of such websites/platforms is at your own risk. If you leave my website or are redirected to a third-party website, social media platform or application, this Privacy Policy will no longer apply.
I may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to our web pages, page interaction information and methods used to browse away from pages.
My website uses cookies in order to maintain stability, security, functionality and performance. My website and marketing e-newsletters use tracking cookies/pixels to monitor visitors to better understand their usage of my website. Any analytics obtained from this data will only be used to improve my service(s) and the end user experience. You may block, opt-out of or manage such tracking technologies yourself, through your browser settings but please note that this may adversely affect your user experience of my website.
I use Google Analytics to analyse the traffic on our website. Google uses the data and information collected to provide online reports, which show the activities and user behaviour within my website and provides other statistics regarding the use of my website to me. Data such as the IP address, access time, the location from which the access was made and how often you visit our website.

I reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately once posted to our website.
This website, any communications with ThinkBA Ltd and services accepted are be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
