"I was extremely lucky to be inducted into the world of Business Analysis by the man, the myth, the legend, that is James Gamble. James was my manager for 4 years whilst working on a major defense transformation programme. James was not only a great manager; striving to ensure I had every opportunity to expand my knowledge and career opportunities as a BA, such as training courses and exposure to many integral projects. But he was also a self proclaimed (but truly deserved) "BA ninja"; creating BA handbooks, guides and processes for the entire team.
